HW architecture is an architectural practice created in 2008 by Hala Wardé. The studio's multidisciplinary team is composed of architects, designers and graphic designers. HW architecture develops projects of various scales including cultural, commercial and residential programmes. Another component of the studio’s output involves design work and interior design (such as art galleries and private houses).
The atelier collaborates regularly with an external network of specialized consultants including scenographists, museologists, lighting designers, signage and graphic design specialists, landscape architects, urban planners as well as architectural historians.
Hala Wardé has collaborated for over 25 years with Jean Nouvel. Projects developed by HW architecture in association with Ateliers Jean Nouvel are regulated by a privileged partnership. In the framework of this partnership, Hala Wardé was recently in charge of the One New Change office and retail development in London, delivered in 2010, and the Louvre Abu Dhabi, which she led from concept through to delivery in November 2017.
